Avaliação comparativa da citotoxicidade dos cimentos MTA Fillapex e AH Plus: revisão integrativa

Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar uma revisão integrativa comparando a citotoxicidade dos cimentos MTA Fillapex e AH Plus aos tecidos periapicais. Métodos: Foram utilizados artigos na íntegra, nos idiomas português inglês, publicados durante os períodos de 2010 2017, selecionados base dados Scielo Pubmed, utilizando seguintes descritores: Plus, citotoxicidade. excluídos, trabalhos no idioma não sem resumo, realizados em dentes decíduos casos clínicos. Resultados: identificados dezenove nas bases dados, sendo dois SciELO dezessete Pubmed. Após leitura aprofundada desses artigos, foram excluídos seis por atenderem critérios inclusão. Dessa forma, amostra final composta treze científicos, todos modelos experimentais, periódicos procedência internacional, da área odontológica, 50% estudos do ano 2013. Conclusão: Os demonstraram que o apresentou maior periapicais cimento Plus. Descritores: Cimentos dentários. Sobrevivência celular. Teste materiais. Materiais biocompatíveis.
